A. Information you provide when booking

• Name (first and last name)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Appointment details (date/time and selected business)

B. Optional saved profile information (stored on your device)

After confirming an appointment, you may choose to save your name, email, and phone number on your device to speed up future bookings. This is optional and only happens if you agree.

C. Device identifiers for app functionality

The App may generate and store a non-personal identifier (e.g., a “guestId”) to help associate appointments with your device/session and improve app functionality.

3) How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and manage appointment bookings
• Send booking-related messages or confirmations (if enabled by the business)
• Display your upcoming appointments in the App
• Improve app reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

4) Where Information Is Stored

On-device: If you choose to save your profile, that information is stored locally on your device.

On our servers: Booking information (including your name, email, phone, appointment time, and business) is sent to our backend servers to complete and manage your appointment.

5) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share booking details with the service provider (the business) you are booking with, as needed to fulfill your appointment request.

We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., hosting providers), but only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6) Data Retention

We retain appointment records as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes (such as recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and improving reliability).

Profile information saved on your device remains there until you remove it (for example, by clearing the profile within the App, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App).

7) Your Choices

• You can use the App without creating an account.
• You can choose whether to save your profile information on your device.
• You can remove locally saved data by clearing the profile in the App (if provided) or uninstalling the App.

8) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use the App at your own discretion.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
